The latest Service provision we have developed has been to make resource available to run full diagnostics of our customers packaging and supply management requirements, with a view to working in partnership and using Belmont’s experience in this field to take cost/waste out.
We work to lean manufacturing principles (in conjunction with the Manufacturing Institute) to ensure best practice and efficiencies from product design to manufacture to stock management to shipment.
