Ink Dispensing System
Modem linked to our Ink supplier, our Ink dispenser enables us to perfectly match & dispense any colour imaginable. Its integrated stock control system efficiently manages our press returns and provides cost effective usage of all our inks.
Through this equipment and coupled with our On Press Colour Inspection facilities we are able to produce consistent results that repeat time and time again.
All the inks we use are water based, which means that they are more environmentally friendly than the solvent based inks used in other printing processes. Having said that, we take double the care for our environment by ensuring that all our printing effluent is filtered through our in house treatment plant, which removes pigment, heavy metals and other harmful substance before being disposed of.
