Since becoming Production Manager a few years ago I have worked hard to develop a top class production outfit that matches the best in our industry. My priority has been to maintain a healthy balance between working and family life for our staff and this has lead to a contented and effective work-force.
Schemes such as Belmont’s annualised hours (flexible shifts and working arrangements) give employees the opportunity to manage their hours to suit their own requirements while also meeting the companies and our customer’s needs. This means that the flexibility, reliability and co-operation given by Belmont Employees is second to none.
Another of Belmont’s strengths is most of our people are multi skilled and can operate at least two of our mainline machines. This helps greatly with our planning of the workload and our ability to satisfy our customer’s packaging requirements.
